How
far are you from the nearest airport?
We
are 20 minutes away from the St.Pete/Clearwater Airport and 30
minutes from the Tampa International Airport.
- Do you pick up at the airports?
No. However we have partnered with SuperShuttle.
We also work with Luxury Transportation that can be reached at (727)
504-0122.
- How far are you from the theme parks?
Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are about a 35-minute drive. Disney
Parks, Universal, and Sea World are all about 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Is your pool heated?
Yes. The pool is heated at a warm 83 degrees all year round.
- Do we need a car while we are staying at the Page Terrace?
No, a car is not necessary. Everything is in walking distance, we are
less than one block to Publix grocery store and Walgreens is across
the street and open 24 hours. We are walking distance away from
several restaurants including Middle Grounds Grill, Pearl, Britt's
Pizza, Foxy's Cafe and Sloppy Joes right next door as well as many
beach stores and John's Pass Village one mile away. There is also a
Beach Trolley that stops in front of our property which will take you
anywhere throughout St Petersburg and Clearwater for a daily pass of
$4.50 dollars per person.
- Can we bring an extra car or trailer, is parking free?
All rooms receive ONLY one complimentary parking space per room.
There are NO additional parking spaces available.
- Are we allowed to have visitors on property?
Yes, visitors are allowed on property however visitors MUST be announced
at the front desk. To ensure the comfort of other guests we limit
visitors to two visitors per room per day on the property. If you
plan to have visitor they must park across the street at metered
parking.

Do you allow smoking in the rooms?
All our rooms at the Page Terrace Motel are non-smoking.
Smoking in a room will result in a $100 cleaning fee applied to your
credit card. Our new strategy reflects the strong preference
expressed by the vast majority of our guests for our rooms to be
smoke-free environments. The only way to provide this experience is
to allow NO smoking in all our rooms. To accommodate the needs of
guests who smoke, we will offer designed smoking areas outside our
rooms and hallways. These areas are located on all three floors
throughout the building and out on the patio and pool area where
ashtrays are located. For more information or questions regarding

Do
you we accept Pets?
Pets
are not allowed at the Page Terrace. For the comfort all customer
with allergies and other aliments we do not accept pets.

What
is the Minimum Age for customers checking-in?
Our
minimum check-in age is 25 years old.

Do
you offer an Internet connection in the rooms?
We
offer a wireless Internet connection that is password protected for
our network. Passwords can be obtained at the Front Desk. All rooms
have excellent signal strength as well as on the patio and other
common areas including the beach.
