are per room, per night based on single/double occupancy and do not
include taxes.
- Lodging
Rates are subject to change without notice. Restrictions may apply.
- Prices
and room type are subject to availability.
- Extra
person rate $8 per day, 5 years and older. No charge for cribs and
roll-away beds
- Guests
aged 4 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered
children and are FREE.
- Minimum
Check In Age is 25 Years Old.

- All
Reservations through our website are considered Reservation Request,
not a Guaranteed Reservations, Prices or Room type availability are
not guaranteed until the deposit of $100.00 dollars is charged or a
confirmation is sent and received.

make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation
Department at (800)532-6569.
- Early
check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

Maid
Service/Special Needs: The Page
Terrace Beachfront Hotel offers daily maid service every day except
for Sunday’s and Holiday’s. For customer with severe
allergies special cleaning arrangements can be made. However an
advanced notice before your arrival is required.
Parking:
Each room has one complimentary parking space. There is ONLY SPACE
for ONE CAR per room, NO EXCEPTIONS. Meter parking is available 1
block away.
Credit
Cards: The Page Terrace Beachfront
Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit cards. Travelers
Checks and Cash are also accepted.
Smoking
Policy: All our rooms at the Page
Terrace Beachfront Hotel are non-smoking. Smoking in a room will
result in a $100 cleaning fee applied to your credit card. Our new
strategy reflects the strong preference expressed by the vast
majority of our guests for our rooms to be smoke-free environments.
The only way to provide this experience is to allow NO smoking in all
our rooms. To accommodate the needs of guests who smoke, we will
offer designed smoking areas outside our rooms and hallways. These
areas are located on all three floors throughout the building and out
on the patio and pool area where ashtrays are located. For more
information or questions regarding this manner please feel free
contact us.
Minimum
Stay Requirements: We at the Page
Terrace Beachfront Hotel have a Minimum Stay Requirements during
Holidays and Special Events. We cannot list all the minimum stay
requirements throughout the year, however we will list the main
Holidays. All minimum dates can change without notice and there may
be other dates that have minimum stay requirements that are not
listed below. We will do our best to keep everyone informed.
- New
Years – 2-night minimum
- Memorial
Day Weekend – 5-night minimum
- Summer
Weekends – 3-night minimum
- Fourth
of July – 7-night minimum
- Labor
Day – 3-night minimum
Reservations
and Payment: A deposit in the amount
of $100.00 dollars is required to confirm reservations. Upon arrival,
the deposit will be applied to the last night of your stay. In the
event of an early departure, 48 hours advance notice is required
prior to scheduled arrival date, in order for the prepayment to be
applied to the last night.
Cancellation
and Change Policy: At the Page
Terrace Beachfront Hotel we appreciate you as a guest and we know the
unexpected may occur. For that reason we have applied a system that
your deposit will never be lost. In order to cancel your reservation
and receive the full prepayment, we would need a 14-day notice prior
to your arrival date. We are a family owned and operated
establishment and we will work with you when the unexpected occurs,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
Early
check out: No refunds will be issued
for early check out.
Weather
Cancellations:
Hurricane
Warning: We will refund your deposit without any fees.
Hurricane
Watch, Tropical Storm, and Red Tide: Unfortunately your deposit
is not eligible for refund; if you choose to cancel we will
automatically apply deposit for your next planned trip to our
property for the same amount of days as the original reservation that
was cancelled.
Cloudy
and/or Rainy Days: There will be no refunds.
