Reservations and Payment: A deposit in the amount of $100.00 dollars is required to confirm reservations. Upon arrival, the deposit will be applied to the last night of your stay. In the event of an early departure, 48 hours advance notice is required prior to scheduled arrival date, in order for the prepayment to be applied to the last night.
Cancellation and Change Policy: At the Page Terrace Motel we appreciate you as a guest and we know the unexpected may occur. For that reason we have applied a system that your deposit will never be lost. In order to cancel your reservation and receive the full prepayment, we would need a 14-day notice prior to your arrival date. We are a family owned and operated establishment and we will work with you when the unexpected occurs, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Page Terrace Motel Smoking Policy
Our new strategy reflects the strong preference expressed by the vast majority of our guests for our rooms to be smoke-free environments. The only way to provide this experience is to allow no smoking in all our rooms. To accommodate the needs of guests who smoke, we will offer designed smoking areas outside our rooms and hallways. These areas are located on all three floors throughout the building and out on the patio and pool area where ashtrays are located.
